Clarence Hight started in the burglar and fire alarm business in 1969 operating his own company, and then working for Rollins Protective Services 74-76, before starting Action Alarm Service. With almost forty years of experience in the security industry within the Nashville, TN area, he is well known among his piers as a reputable, well learned, and a leader in the industry. He has always strived to conduct himself in an honorable fashion and has been recognized by his associates as such.

Andy comes to us from Advanced Security Inc. (5 years) and has been with us since 2003. Andy oversees all jobs and service to insure that our strict standards are followed. He also hires and trains our elite group of technicians on proper procedures, he schedules all jobs and follows them to completion. Andy is certified for all GSA and FPS government contracts and is certified in BOSCH/Hirsch/Verex/Paradox/Galaxy/GE Fire.

Beverly has been with Action Security Systems, Inc. since 2005 and works directly for Andy, to help keep the tech’s in line. she helps with the scheduling and keeps track of the techs whereabouts and time on jobs. Bev deals with the customers on the service side and helps with the scheduling of service calls.   

Jane has been with Action Security Systems, Inc. since 1986. She not only manages our accounts receivable, but our accounts payable as well. She handles customer problems when necessary and helps in the overall operation of Action Security Systems, Inc.

Chuck came to us in 2004 from a large corporation who used his talents installing phone systems and security systems, inclusive of video surveillance, for their proprietary purposes in all of their locations across the U.S. Chuck’s primary background is in computers and he has adapted to Access Control and the networking of Video Surveillance to the WAN/LAN. Thus Chuck has become very proficient in our industry. Chuck has attended Bosch/Hirsh/Verex training classes.
